BioCare Wool & Down Wash
BioCare Wool & Down Wash is a gentle detergent for wool and blends, merino wool, mohair, silk, cashmere and down. It contains lanolin, the natural wool fat, which restores the natural properties of wool and down. It also contains lemon eucalyptus oil which has an antibacterial function and gives a light, fresh scent. Down garments or down sleeping bags in nylon/ripstop, which are made of shinier materials, are not damaged and retain their shine. When water drops no longer bead and run off the fabric of a down jacket, the garment can be retreated with OrganoTex Spray-On or Wash-In Waterproofing to improve water repellency.

Suitable for wool and down, as well as merino wool, mohair, silk, cashmere and similar sensitive materials.
Sustainability
The product is readily biodegradable, highly concentrated, highly biobased and PFAS-free.
Contents
15–30 % soap, 5–15 % non-ionic surfactants, 1–5 % anionic surfactants, <1 % lanolin (wool grease), preservatives (2-phenoxyethanol), perfume (lemon eucalyptus essential oil).
How to use – Watch instructional video
1) Shake the bottle. Make sure the detergent compartment is completely clean.
2) Add 25 ml (for soft water) or 40 ml (for hard water) to the detergent compartment for approximately 2–4 kg. Do not use fabric softener.
3) Wash and dry the garment according to the product’s washing instructions.
For hand washing: Add about 20 ml for 10 litres of water. Immerse and allow to soak for a while. Then rinse thoroughly. Gently squeeze out the water without twisting the garment. Also works in cold water.

Coverage: Serves for about 20 washes. Shelf life: 24 months, opened packaging. Storage: Frost-free, out of reach of children. Recycling: Sorted as plastic (rPET bottle).
